The GE Optima XR200amx is a compact, high-performance portable X-ray system designed for easier maneuverability and improved digital workflow compared to earlier AMX platforms. It delivers powerful imaging performance with a nominal 15 kW generator (and optional 30 kW version) while maintaining a small footprint and user-friendly operation. Featuring wireless detector connectivity (where regulations permit) and GE’s FlashPad lightweight detector, the XR200amx supports fast, flexible imaging for a variety of clinical environments. “Stand-by” mode reduces boot-up time and allows exposures within seconds, increasing patient throughput and responsiveness in critical care situations. The Optima XR200amx is designed for 24/7 availability, allowing exposures on battery or while charging, with intelligent charging algorithms that optimize battery life. Integrated dose area product (DAP) measurement, downloadable dose reports, and an optimized graphical user interface support high-quality imaging and streamlined documentation.
